Application materials are now available for organizations wishing to participate in the 2012 Wisconsin Forward Award winter or summer cycles. Preliminary intent-to-apply forms to verify eligibility are due October 31, 2011 OR April 30, 2012 with final applications due January 15, 2012 OR July 15, 2012.
Applications are also being accepted for the Wisconsin Forward Award Board of Examiners. We seek candidates from all sectors of Wisconsin’s economy, including business, healthcare, education, and manufacturing, not-for-profit, service, and government, and from all organizational levels. Examiners review applications and provide feedback to Wisconsin organizations based on the Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence. The Wisconsin Forward program provides training and mentoring opportunities. Examiner training is held in late January and July. New Examiner Orientation sessions are scheduled in November and December, and again in May and June. The program uses a combination of self paced e-learning, case studies and face-to-face training.
Examiners who have previously served on the WFA Board of Examiners should complete a verification application. Individuals who are applying for the first time should complete a new Examiner application.
Examiner applications must be submitted by November 7 {winter cycle} OR May 7 {summer cycle}
